Bud

Whether you’ve just started trying or have been trying for a while, Bud’s vegan Fertility Formulas have been carefully formulated to support men and women trying to conceive.

Inspired by personal experience of unexplained secondary infertility, and convinced of the powerful role nutrition played in the ultimate successful conception of their twins, Bud founders Tim and Sarita spent two years creating a natural, evidence-based supplement with nutritionists at the South Bank University, designed to support all those in the pursuit of parenthood.

Developed by clinical nutritionists, Bud’s formulas take a holistic approach – focusing on key nutrients demonstrated through scientific research and national guidelines to support vital aspects of reproductive health and function for healthy conception, with added adaptogens to target hormone balance, reduce stress, increase well-being and boost libido – all vital, but often overlooked factors that affect our natural fertility.

Bud Female Fertility Formula

– Contains vitamins and minerals to support preconception and preparation for pregnancy including; folatezinc which contributes to healthy fertility and reproduction; iodine – important for cognitive & thyroid function (iodine deficiencies have been linked to lower conception rates1); and Vitamin B6 that contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

– Contains only naturally occurring folate instead of synthetic folic acid – providing the 400μg of Folic Acid (as methyl folate) as recommended by the UK Department of Health for all women actively trying to conceive.

– Also contains Vitamin B12, Selenium and Vitamin D to contribute to healthy cell division, provide protection against cell damage and support immune health.

+ Libido Enhancing: Cordyceps sinensis and muira puama both work to increase libido, encouraging the most basic essential for natural conception (and something that can become an issue when sex becomes forced and formulaic in baby-making mode). As well as heightening sexual desire, muira puama is also shown to increase the regularity & intensity of female orgasms2, which studies have also shown, can improve the chance of conception3.

+ Promote wellbeing and reduce stress: Cordyceps sinensis4, along with vitamins B6 and B12, help reduce stress and fatigue and contribute to psychological function to support psychological pressures experienced whilst trying to conceive.

Bud Male Fertility Formula

– Contains 15mg of zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and also contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone in the blood. Zinc is needed to make the outer layer and tail of the sperm and so is essential for sperm health. It can also greatly impact sperm count as it is found in such high concentrations in the sperm. Each ejaculation contains as much as 5mg of zinc – half of the total recommended daily nutrient intake – so it is important to keep zinc levels topped up1.

– Contains selenium, which contributes to normal spermatogenesis, L-carnitine which research has shown to improve sperm motility2 and maca, which has been shown to increase sperm concentration and motility3.

– Also contains vitamins B12, D, C and E to contribute to healthy cell division, provide protection against cell damage and support immune health.

+ Libido Enhancing: Cordyceps sinensis, pine bark extract and maca all work to increase libido, encouraging the most basic essential for natural conception4.

+ Promote wellbeing and reduce stress: Cordyceps sinensis, ashwaganda and vitamin B12, help reduce stress and fatigue and contribute to psychological function to support psychological pressures experienced whilst trying to conceive.

All Bud products are vegan and free from; GMO material, wheat, soya, gluten, lactose, nuts, artificial colours, added sugars, flavourings & preservatives.
